Owner & Balance Sheet Boss
Ryan Almusawi's journey to founding Clarion Tax & Accounting is a blend of passion, entrepreneurial spirit, and a love for numbers. While still in college, Ryan landed a marketing role at Galderma, the pharmaceutical company behind household skincare brands like Cetaphil and Differin. It was there that he discovered his love for budgeting, analytics, and the intricate language of business—accounting. This newfound passion led him to pursue a career in accounting and eventually start his own firm.
Ryan's entrepreneurial roots run deep. At just eleven years old, he founded Charitable Crusaders, a charity that provided over 50,000 meals to the homeless and garnered recognition from former presidents and Olympic medalist Michael Phelps. His commitment to service and excellence continued as he pursued a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Marketing and his Master of Professional Accountancy. His interest in taxation began even earlier, during his teens, when he often helped family members prepare their tax returns, diving into the complexities of tax laws and practices.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys reading, staying active in his community, and continuously learning about accounting and tax issues. Guided by the principle of clear communication, he ensures that every client feels understood and valued. Nancy Cossio is our dedicated Account Manager & Tax Specialist at Clarion Tax & Accounting. Before joining our team, Nancy worked at Texas Instruments for nearly three years as a Supply Chain and Data Analyst, honing her analytical skills and passion for numbers. With over five years of experience helping people file their tax returns, she has developed a deep expertise in tax preparation and a genuine love for assisting others.
In addition to her professional work, Nancy is heavily involved in philanthropic efforts. She serves on the leadership team of a Fort Worth-based nonprofit that provides education to children around the world. Nancy holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Texas. Her dedication to making the tax process smooth and stress-free makes her an invaluable part of our team.
